04/02/2012 The answer to Franks Final Grades request for support for its submission generally by politicians praised as positive, was through irrigator elected councils quoted as “we have done all our lasering” by irrigators, at a Murray Darling Basin meeting. The delicately poised Rice Growers, an industry flagging in world markets for wine growers, lead to Franks Final Grade removing its support to the Murray Darling Basin, avoiding interests in those areas and most others in the region because of the stronger local support give to the example of, grower elected board members mostly put there by the uneducated in comparison to the professionals required to implement and administer MDB plan paper work and consultation processes. It still seemed possible that the equipment technologies would and could be implemented in the Basin. It seemed a delicate balance of professional educate for business. This was obviously an ongoing matter handled when ever issues involving those in the basin arose, giving those in the Basin areas the best opportunities to exploit business advantages under new law or redirected of resources, and how this would work in the designated areas through the various farming work shops / communities and social groups. A once in a lifetime event for business, professionals, environment and the people. 4/02/2012 END |

Franks Final Grade was a little relieved to be leaving the Murray Darling Basin to it’s own charter. Looked forward to working with the Nations folk on the equipment technologies for food production. In particular the fulfillment of the countries invitations. The good will shown of business in water for food security commitments on the ICID web site Country Position Papers. The approaching governments were welcoming and upfront. The face to face talks painted a clear line to work towards. The confidence of achieving the commitments of the paper drawn up and submitted by the Australian government in the Murray Darling Basin would be keenly watched by Franks Final Grade. |
